International Pitch & Putt – Silves “Rota da Larnaja”

REGULATIONS

1. RULES
The Silves Orange Route P\&P International will be held in accordance with the rules approved by R\&A Rules Limited, the Permanent Competition Conditions and Local Rules of P\&P of the FPG and the IPPA, and the Local Rules established by the Technical Committee.

2. COMPETITION
54 holes Stroke Play:

• 14 February: 1st round (18 holes)
• 14 February: 2nd round (18 holes)
• 15 February: 3rd round (18 holes | 40 players and ties qualify)

3. PARTICIPATION
Open to all players affiliated with the Portuguese Golf Federation or equivalent foreign federations.

4. REGISTRATIONS
The maximum number of entries is 80/120 players. The organization reserves 15 spots.

If the number of players exceeds the limit established in these regulations, the exclusion criterion will be the highest P\&P handicap. In case of a tie, the date and time of the registration receipt will be considered.

Registrations must be received by email at info@amendoeiraclubedegolfe.pt or on the club’s website under tournaments, until 12 February 2026.

The entry list will be published on the official FPG website.

5. ENTRY FEE
The entry fee is 65€. Young players up to 21 years old and ladies pay 50€

1st Junior (Trophy + Gift)
1st Mid-Amateur (Trophy + Gift)
1st Senior (Trophy + Gift)
1st Lady (Trophy + Gift)

NOTE: Prizes are not cumulative. Prizes are awarded with a minimum of 5 entries per category.

7. TIES
In case of a tie for first place overall, the tie-breaker will be a “sudden death” playoff, played in accordance with IPPA rules.

For all other positions, ties will be broken successively by the best last 36, 27, 18, 9, 6, 3, and final hole. If the tie persists, it will be decided by draw.

8. NOT PERMITTED
• Caddies
• Players smoking during the conventional round

9. PRIZE-GIVING CEREMONY
Sunday, 15 February, at the end of the tournament, followed by the closing speech in honor of the participants. Winners must be present at the prize-giving ceremony.

10. COMPETITION RESULTS – COMPETITION CLOSED
The competition is considered officially closed after the posting of the final results sheet on the designated notice board.

11. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS
At any time, the Technical Committee may: complete or amend these regulations; suspend or cancel any round; void or cancel the Championship.

12. MISCONDUCT
Any form of misconduct will not be tolerated. The Technical Committee reserves the right to act accordingly.

13. TECHNICAL COMMITTEE AND REFEREES
They will be appointed in due course by the Portuguese Golf Federation. Except where a different penalty is established, violation of any condition in these Regulations implies the disqualification of the Player.

Any omitted cases will be definitively decided by the Event’s Technical Committee.
